🔄 Exchange & Return Policy

Because each abaya is custom-made to your selected size and specifications:

❌ Exchange and returns are not available.

However, your satisfaction matters. In the rare case of a production-related issue:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must remain unused, and in its original packaging.

• Our team will inspect the item to verify any defect or mismatch.

If a defect is confirmed:
